Pair in seconds
Switch your belt on, open the app and tap it in the Nearby list. Pairing a new phone takes a 5 second hold on the belt's button. After that the app remembers your belts and reconnects when you open it.
Dial in your look
Brightness, effect, speed and size change live on the belt as you drag. Pick a palette or your own colors, or split the belt into segments that each run their own effect.

Browse the Nion library by mood: Signature, Rave, Seasons, Holidays, Retro, Nature, Candy, Gems, Game day and Events. Add the ones you love to your belt and save your own.
Sync your crew
Start a private group and friends join by scanning a QR code or opening a link. Everyone moves together: same look, same brightness, in time. Anyone in the group can change the look for everybody.
Follow the crowd
Turn on crowd sync and every Nion belt nearby plays the same look in time, with no setup at all. Pick your own look whenever you want and rejoin with a tap.
Fit and updates
Cut your belt to size? Tell the app where the last LED is and every effect fits the new length. New belt firmware installs from the app over Bluetooth in under a minute, and your presets and settings stay.
Playlists
Put your favorite looks in order and give any of them a timer, so your belt moves through the set on its own.
Make the button yours
Choose what 1, 2 and 3 taps and a 1 second hold do: next or previous look, a random one, a favorite, brightness, lights on or off, or sync.
Battery smarts
See the charge and time left, flash the level on the belt itself, and set quiet hours when it runs at lower brightness.

Is the app free?
Yes. No account, no sign-in, no ads and no analytics. Your belts, looks and settings stay on your phone.
Which belts does it work with?
The Nion Animated LED Glow Belt v2. Every v2 belt pairs with the app over Bluetooth.
Do I need the app to use the belt?
No. The button on the belt steps through your looks, turns the lights on and off, and toggles sync. The app is where you change brightness, colors, your playlist and everything else.

My phone won't connect to my belt
Make sure the belt is on and close by. If you reset the belt, open your phone's Bluetooth settings, forget the Nion belt, then pair again from the app with a 5 second hold on the belt's button. Still stuck? Visit Support.
