Yes, on the buckle end only. There's a marked trim zone on the inside of the strap. Use sharp scissors, cut clean across, and the magnetic clasp will re-seat itself. The LED end of the strap is sealed and should never be cut.

It's designed to sit on top of pants, skirts, or layered over a shirt. The silicone has just enough flex to accommodate up to a half-inch of fabric.

Single-tap the button on the inside of the buckle to advance to the next preset. Long-press (1 sec) to cycle through the eight brightness levels. Double-tap to lock the current preset (the belt won't advance if the button gets bumped).

Yes — the belt remembers the last preset you used and boots up with it next time. To set a "boot" preset that survives a factory reset, hold the button for 5 seconds while on that preset; the belt will flash white twice to confirm.

Wipe down with a damp microfiber cloth. For stubborn grime (sunscreen, glitter, mud), use mild soap and water — the strap is fully washable as long as the charging port flap is closed. Air dry; do not tumble dry.

IPX4 — splash and sweat resistant, not submersible. It'll survive a sweaty front row, a sudden rainstorm, or a spilled drink. Don't take it in the pool, ocean, or shower.

Coiled loosely in the included pouch, away from direct sunlight. Don't store it folded sharply for long periods — the silicone takes a set after a few weeks of being creased.

Yes — to 38 countries. Delivery takes 5–10 business days via DHL or UPS depending on destination. Shipping is $14–22 calculated at checkout. Import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

30 days from delivery, on unworn items in original packaging. We send a prepaid label for US returns. Once we receive the package, refunds post in 3–5 business days. Worn items can't be resold and aren't returnable.

You should have a tracking email within 24 hours of placing the order. If you don't, check spam first, then email orders@nionlights.com with your order number.

One year from delivery, against manufacturing defects: dead LEDs, broken buckles, charging port failure, battery that won't hold a charge. We'll repair or replace at our discretion.

Damage from misuse — water submersion, cuts to the LED end, crushing, intentional damage. We can usually still repair these for a flat fee; email us a photo and we'll quote it.
